I’m not sure exactly how this video came about. I think it was a friend of the Cafe who stopped in from time to time to take pictures and on this occasion made a video. It’s so much fun to see my little place this way again! We made an incredible volume of complex (and delicious) food in a tiny space with a tiny staff and limited equipment. 16 salads, 3 soups, smoothies, daily specials, and various much-loved combinations like our Twisted Omelet, which you can see in process in this video. We had an awesome Valentine’s Day dinner one year out in the atrium — and music from Off Square Music in the mall on Friday evenings where a great favorite was our Friday special, Moroccan pizza. One year we had a Hanukkah celebration featuring a 3D printed Menurkey (the year that we lit the Menorah on Thanksgiving). Lots of wonderful friends and memories.
