This is a presentation I gave at the Woodstock Farmers Market, a simply joyful way to spend a Saturday morning. Each week on the Square in Woodstock, the Farmers Market features not only locally grown produce and handmade items but local musicians brought to you by Off Square Music playing in the Gazebo (you can hear them in the background). I started my business in the Market with a food trailer and eventually moved into my little Cafe across the street from it. The start of the outdoor market in the spring was also a gala occasion for me.
